GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RATES
TOURIST TAX
The Municipality of Venice requires the TOURIST TAX from the age of 16 to the extent of €4 per person per day (€2,80 from 1st to 31st January), reduced to €2 per person for children aged between 10 and 15 (€1,40 from 1st to 31st January). The TOURIST TAX is mandatory, it is not included in the room price and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
DATA GUARANTEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the cancellation penalty will be the total amount of the reservation. The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the end of the 7th day before the arrival date on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Within 7 days before arrival, it is not possible to change the reservation or reduce the number of nights booked.
For stays longer than 7 days, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the reservation.

RULES
Smoking is not permitted (except on the terrace).
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
It is not allowed to bring in people other than those verified at the time of check-in.
It is not possible to stay in the structure without having shown a valid identification document such as an identity card, passport or driving license.
Clients must respect the silence between 21:00 and 08:00.
There is no daily cleaning in the room during the guests' stay (Hinc Domus - Residenza Da Qui is not a hotel).
CHECK-IN
Starting from 10:30 am it is possible to leave the luggage and collect the keys (time to be agreed). The room will be ready at the end of the cleaning.
It is mandatory to inform us in advance of your arrival time in Venice and the means of transport used to reach the city. In this way we could send you precise information to reach Hinc Domus - Residenza Da Qui depending on whether you arrive by train, car, plane or ship.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out must take place before 10:00 am. However, it is possible to leave your luggage in the structure and collect it later in the day (time to be agreed with the structure).
PERSONAL DATA AND RENTAL AGREEMENT
We are required by Italian legislation to communicate the names of our guests to the local police station. For this reason six days before your arrival we will kindly ask you to fill in all fields of a form with the data of ALL guests including children and to accept the terms and conditions of the short-term touristic rental agreement that Landlord (Host) and tenant (Guest) must sign in compliance with national laws.
